i tapped into the 5 volt reference wire and the signal wire on the factory harness side. when i turn on the switch the cel came on for p0238 map sensor voltage too high. does anyone know what i might have done wrong. do i need to add a resistor like in a lockup switch

 

throw a 10 om resistor in there and you should be fine. I t will cost you a whopping $1.99 at Radio Shack, and if I remember right you get two of them in a pack. Any trouble let me know
