Smarty S06 recommended program

I have a 2007 Dodge Ram 2500 5.9. After some injector issues I recently added Dynamite Diesel +50hp injectors along with a FASS lift pump. The truck definitely has more power, gets better fuel economy and a longer power band. However, at 55-65 mph (1600-1900 RPM) the motor starts vibrating like it is firing at the wrong time (more prominent when pulling hills). My plan to overcome this is to buy a Smarty S06 and egt monitor. Truck is used as a daily driver and to tow a 10k travel trailer. Anyone out there know which Smarty program I should run with the bigger injectors and lift pump with the goal tp smooth out the engine throughout the power band?

A lift pump doesn't really matter to the tune you use and not sure if those +50hp injectors need any more than stock tuning to function correctly.
I would be more inclined to wonder about the quality of the injectors and if they are the cause of your issue.
With a '07 EFI live would be a better option for tuning any irregularities out of added go fast parts.
