Smarty question,.....timing vs. no timing

What's the pros/cons of Smarty #2 vs. #3. They're both 60hp, but one with timing, one without. What's the advantage or disadvantage of changing the timing? thanks.

timing can help lower egts and give some milage gains...w/o is nice if you stack it with something else

Yep, the no timing is for stacking with other performance boxes that adds timing. Too much timing is not a good thing.
