Well got my smarty yesterday and all I can say is WOW it's like a whole new truck. Question is I got it used out of dtr classifieds, it has v4.11b d:1.11a do I keep this or upgrade to the revo. Not looking for max power only going to run sw1 or sw3 no matter what. Stock Tranny

 

I like the 4.11 althought your torque management is stock(1.11a). Your truck will be alot more peppy with 4.11b d:2.11 becuse of the reduced torque management. The Revo and the 4.11 are very colse so if you want you update you could.

 

I had the 4:11 and now I have the REVO. There both good but I like the REVO better. There are alot more options on the REVO and my fuel economy jumped up also.

 

I read the higher the torque management the worst the milage. I thought that torque management was defueling between shifts but I have been told that is wrong. I know on my trans with my mods it shifts smoother with mod(3) than on mild (2) so I do not want to turn it down however if I can pickup some mpg then turn TQ down is a must.

BTW I really liked 4.11 mild, Better milage on sw3 towing. I have not found the right combo on revo. I am sure it is there but I have to keep looking.
