I am going to be making some 300 mile trips the next few months, mostly unloaded on flat ground. I am currently running Level 3 with descent fuel mileage (16-19). Which level would be the best to get the most mileage? I normally drive around 65-75, dependent on traffic and road conditions. Once in a while I will be pulling a 4K boat.

I have noticed that I get my best mileage on 5.

 

Seems to be the majority get the best mileage on #3 or #5, I got about the same mileage outta both settings on Mild TQ MGMT...the highest being 19.6 on #3...

 

Tell you what works best for me and this sounds crazy. #9 and that was with Bobs Beta-Tow Tune and it is a REAL GOOD tune. Runs STRONG yet gave me Great miles pre gallon.

 

I dont doubt that setting gets good mileage, but those of us with stock trannies, wouldnt have stock trannies for very long.

 

Depends on what day they built the trans cause i beat mine everyday for 23k now and crazy larry and number 9 now and its holding great.

I see the best being number 3. Got 20mpg's with 35's and 17 with 37's
