Thanks for the responses. Exactly what I was looking for.

 

Even with my stick 45-55 is a tough range, 1600 rpms just isn't quite enough hp to maintain up hills. So down into 5th it goes and the rpms are a little higher, but that really won't change much.

Just lock it out of OD on hills at that speed.
