I have to tell ya they look pretty good. BgBlkTrk is a heck of a cook. He makes my smoked ribs. Smoked them for 8 hours. meat falls off the bone and boy a guy could founder on them things!

Bob might have to send you some good ol New Mexico Green Chili when it is season. You will love it! I will try and get a roasted bag end of the summer and send up to ya. You want HOT or mild?

 

Are you going to have a link on your site for those chilis? I could use some mesquite too if thats layin' around. Maybe a little peyote to top off the festivities.

I had to make these mild for the family. I put them in a roast pan in the oven covered for about 4 hours in beer at 275 then to the grill they go. They just fall apart. I grow some habaneros that I dry up and put on stuff. Usually makes for a bad next day on the can if you know what I mean

 

Got to eat ice cream or sit in the water! LOL

 

I'm not 100% sure what being a SAC member is about?
No dues, meetings, discount membership coffee club cards ?
If its about someone breaking down and buying a Smarty then I'm also guilty.
If it's about some kind of research that might be used to make the Smarty an even finer product than it already is, thats even better.
Otherwise,
I refuse to belong to any club or group that will have me.

There ia a place in Memphis that I really like called Interstate BBQ. If you want next time I am through there I can pick up some hot and send out your way. Its not sweet and has some heat, not a flame thrower but will warm the taste buds.

I dunno, I don't think outsiders can handle New Mexico chilli!!! Real chilli! (LOL) "IF" you think you can come see me, I have stuff that's so hot it makes my hands burn for 2 hours after I peel it!!! It'S HOT! few hours later if you catch my drift.

 

Don't know about hot BBQ sauce but I have some stuff called 'Satan's Blood'. Hottest stuff I have ever had. Don't even want it on you skin! This stuff is hotter than Dave's Insanity Sauce. One drop into a pot of chili will do it.
