shift kit or t/c

I was wondering should I go with a shift kit or a t/c for my '05 48re.
oh by the way I don't do a lot of towing but I do have a few aftermarket goodies on order....

You should do both. They both are weak area's. If you only do the converter you risk a failure.

If you do a tc, you need to do an input shaft, and since the trannys going to be open, and the vb out, might as well put a shiftkit, or a complete vb.
