i just ordered the s&b intake for my truck and i noticed it hooks up to that last stock intake piece that attaches to the turbo intake opening. should i leave in that stock white plastic piece that looks like a little ramp or throw that thing in the trash???

 

Everybody says to leave it in ,Ive heard more hp with it in but mine was missing when I got my truck, so either way will work.

 

Left mine in when I installed my intake....later took it out when I removed the silencer ring. I can't tell a difference on my truck....

Might as well leave it in...its a pain in the **** to get out, well it was for me!
