Baffles me how clowns like them stay in biz !!! I ordered an intake/exhaust combo and was sent the wrong parts that were damaged in shipping ........ they shipped the exhaust UPS and it was mangled when I got it . After NUMEROUS calls and idiots telling me it had been shipped I sent an email to the owner threatening to call the Atty General and promising they will NEVER do biz in Mo again I FINALLY got some action !!! Idiots had me measure the delete pipe on my truck and they sent me a 6 ft piece of pipe I had to cut myself to size !!!! NEVER AGAIN !!!!

They rate right up there with SP Diesel ......... many had probs with them also myself included BEWARE !!!!

 

Ok I got a email back to send the wrong puck back to them and hope to get the right puck, but it looks like I have to pay for the shipping charges to send it back! This is not the way to make customers happy. For anyone thinking about ordering from RPM Outlet don't waste your time and money.

 

My thoughts exactly! They sent me an exhaust for an 03. I went back and forth with the dude for several days. Of course, during this time, my stock exhaust was in pieces in my driveway (which is how I found out the kit I got sent was for an 03). Then he tells me that they're out of the down pipe that will fit. He also tells me Flo Pro had the downpipes on backorder. Frickin' jackass never did fix the problem. And he wanted me to pay the return shipping and restocking fee!!! WHAT?! Then he has the nerve to leave ME bad feedback on Ebay . Unreal. NEVER...EVER buy from these idiots. It's a gamble you never wanna make.

 

I have had nothing but problems with this company. Back in Oct. I purchased a SS duel 4" system from them. Not a single confirmation with them. After 1 month of calling, I finally received the exhaust. Would not fit, because of the brake proportioning valve on the back of my truck. Since i had to cut my old exhaust off i could not just take this one off, so I had to wait until Summit Racing sent me a magnaflow exhaust, 3 days, I was able to get there system off and put the perfect fit magnaflow system on. I called numerous times with no resolve, Finally in Late March George told me to return the system. Well I just received the system back after RPM refused the package. So far I have $670 into a system that I can't use and cant get them to return my phone calls. I have sent a complaint to the BBB, to see how that goes, but Im not counting on anything....

SO PLEASE LEARN FROM ME

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

1 thing I forgot to add, this system they sent me was not stainless steel, it was aluminized...
