REC Nav dash bezel

I'm in the middle of trying to get hold of a new navigation bezel to install a Pioneer AVIC-D2 in my truck. I went down to the local dealer to order one but their ordering system shows 3 or 4 different part numbers with no real description of what the difference is between them. We took our best shot using my Vin code for interior trim color reference and what came in was a woodgrain bezel. What I'm looking for is the Satin Silver nav bezel. Now the dealer has to eat this part (says they can't return trim or body panels). I can't believe they have no way of knowing how to order the correct part without a Vin # for a truck that has the exact option I'm looking for (this is what they suggested I find ).
Now I don't know if the Satin Silver nav bezel even exists because I don't think I have ever seen one. I would be willing to settle for the faux carbon look from the Sport but now the dealer (who has my money) won't reorder until we know for sure what part # to get.
If anyone out there have a nav dash with Satin Silver bezel or carbon look that can post the DC part number I would really appreciate it.

Mike,

How is your install going? I am about to do the same install. I too want a non-plood style gray dash bezel. Did you ever find the correct part number?

If possible, find a local dealer who has them in stock. Then you can just go down there and see them in person so you definitely get the right one.
