ready to pull trans line

One last dumb question.
I'm ready to pull the trans line (front to cooler). How much trans oil will I lose? Do I need to get some?

I lost a quart when I had mine done.

You could lose more, depending on how fast you are getting a rag or something in there to stop the flow.
