I will pre-empt my questions with this.....I have had mine for a couple of years now, and am very happy with it, along with the people involved.

I have been convinced that the best mileage you can get while cruising on the Interstates was with the box turned completely off....til today. It happened by accident that the box was turned on about 10%. About 1/2 of the mileage was with cruise control, 65-75 mph, but the balance of it was heavy climbing to 8600 ft, including smoking a DuraMax, and some rather sporty driving. The load was about 1,000 #s (not much, but not empty) and just going by the fuel gauge, my guess is the mileage is somewhat higher than I normally see. Makes me wish I had tried it for a full tank, since I was being so good on the throttle. Read a post recently that stated this box works the timing quite a bit, and I am just wondering if others have seen any REAL improvement. Of course the overhead was reading higher, but I totally ignored that.

 

Most fueling boxes/downloaders should increase your mileage at their lower settings if you don't have a lead foot.
