You are doing my injectors right now and Rip said one was bad and one is on its last leg. Do you know what failed or what caused it.

One had real high back leak and the other was too high to last much longer. Hard starts is the usual complaint I hear with this.

It is internal, but I dont have them apart yet. I only have them bench tested so far. Once I rip them apart I will know. I bet the seats are going out. That seems to be caused from the higher pressure the 04.5 and up runs combined with micro debris that get by the filter. I dont see it on the 03-04 near as much.
