How do I know if I have the towing box or the performance box is it the color of the box or what Reason behind this is I bought from ebay and the package box say up to 160 hp but the auction I bid on say 65 hp any way I can find out for sure.

My XZT box said the same thing. If all it looks like is a little square with some wires coming out with no way to adjust anything then you have the right thing.

 

Do you really think if you got it on e-bay, they would send you the 160 hp race box for the 65 hp tow box price. Maybe the other way around.

 

Box is the same.

Look at the part number on the side of the chip
should match
