Quad Xillaraider
A programmer like a SMARTY, does alter the "TM" so you can easily break the tires loose on any setting. I have a Quad std. and love it, I also ran into the same situation that you have. I wanted to smoke the tires off the line, but soon found out about "Big Brother TM" and decided to buy a SMARTY. Its not here yet but looking forward to it. I will keep my Quad because I love its power, and I read that it is a good stack.
From what others have said, they do not have any trouble breaking the tires loose and they feel more low end power. For this reason, I was expecting far better results than I am achieving.
Man, I'm sorry to hear there were no "loose" connections or anything abnormal with the install. It was hard for me to get a good connection the first try on the data link and map sensor for some reason.
Quad must be on vacation or his wife is in the hospital or some thing.....he usually has input pretty quick.
I'm going to go the Quad/Smarty stack route unless Quad has something up his sleeve to detour me from the Smarty.
Still......I give serious consideration to the Van Aaken C 5.

i have an 04 and i just got a racebox and i dont notice much diference iether.its a bit but no nite and day.the guy i got it from said it smoked like a train on his but very low smoke on mine, ill check the red lite, thats a good tip.
Yeah, I just verified that the commander was switching between power levels, and that it is the right module for the truck. duallydave if you don't have the manual, the blink sequence for an 04 race module is green, orange/yellow, green for the first 3 blinks. I emailed quad and they did not give me any concrete answers for the lack of additional power other than the obvious misconnections.
Well, I missed this somehow over the weekend.
I do not have an instant obvious answer but, I can tell you something is not right. To start with only making 32psi is a big hint. You should be at 40 psi bare minimum and as much as 44-45psi.
I am about half brain dead right this second but, let me put some thought into it. I would say it could be a problem with the module but, it does not give any indication that something is failing other than the lack of power?
Is is possible your relief valve is faulty, weak or bad?

I suppose anything is possible. The truck has about 6500 miles on it and it has not been hot rodded or modified until now. I have an email in to tech support as we speak. Hopefully we can find the problem.
