i have a Pyro installed and connected to my edge Juice and the wiring from the Pyro is about a foot and a half too long.. its the Pyro that came with the Edge.

would it hurt to shorten up the wiring so i dont have the extra wiring hanging out and NOT looking neat and orderly in my engine compartment??

i have all the connectors/heat shrink to shorten it up but want to make sure im not gonna mess something up shortening up the wiring..

 

I'd just coil it up and zip tie it out of the way. When you cut the wires you give yourself a place to have a problem. Surely there is something you can hide the wires behind.

From the exhuast I zipped tied it to the wire loom on the fire wall and then came along the driver fender and did my connection. I hid the wire so it's out of site super clean look.

 

On my 03 there is a square black plastic conduit that runs along the top of the firewall. It worked perfectly to hide the wire, not sure about the new rigs though.
