I really like the idea of the x2 can someone clear a few things up

does the pod come with it regardless?

what all does the pod read?

will the pod read egts?

can the pod be upgraded to read egts?

would I be better off with regular gauges?

 

The pod reads boost, Rail pressure and Engine coolant temp (if you have the optional harness which comes with a new X2, not an upgrade)

As for EGT you could get the Commander, which is designed to work in conjunction with the X2 or separate gauges. The X2 will come with the control pod as that is the only way to change between levels unless you have the Commander.

Just do it...you'll be happy...
