Cool programmers

anyone know what programmer would be good for my '06 mega cab diesel? i am mainly looking for fuel mileage but also a little h.p.'s. i plan on putting 33'' tires and changing gears to 4.56.

fill out sig so we know more about truck...it's helpful....

4.56's are going to hurt freeway mileage with 33" tires i would think....that gearing is more for 37"+ tires....i have 34"s and 3.73s and get 17+ average (70/30 city/hwy)...great power,....blah, blah, blah...get opinions on the 4.56's....

Power Adders IMHO: if your going to keep it simple, arent shooting for 500+hp...get the Edge Juice w attitude....all integrated guages, saftey features,.....

If you have plans to loose your mind like most of us here and spend thousands and thousands to pimp your ride...get the smarty sr.

i would have to agree with jgiachino about the gearing you do not want to change it if you are looking for milage, i have 285 BFG on my 06 with edge juice with attitude does pretty good if you do not dog it real hard. just got back from a 300 mile trip today with all kinds of terrain mountains, interstate, a little of everything the onboad computer showed 18.4 when i pulled back in the driveway, very satisfied with the edge

4.56 gears will definately be to low for 33" tires. 37" and those gears will net you within about 50 rpm's of stock gearing w/stock tires, a true 37" tire.
