Hey all, I am dizzy from reading all the posts on programmers for my 05 auto 4x4. So I will ask directly. MY truck only has 26000 mi on it so I don't want to jepardize my warranty. I pull a 11000 lb 5er during the summer so all I want is more tow power and mileage for my mountain trips. I do not hot rod (I have an olds 442 for that) and I drive like grandma most of the time. I am torn between the smarty jr or the edge juice w/attitude. I do not want to plumb a bunch of guages and this will be my only mod, so If i got the smarty I will get the quadzilla commander for guages. Also does smarty or edge change shift points? I need help. money burning hole in pocket and I need to keep the local superchips salesman out of my wallet. Thanks.

 

I got the Commander and Smarty Sr. Very happy for my application. Mainly commuting and towing construction equipment.

I drove around here in wyo in the mountains stock for awhile didnt really like how the truck acted. I added the junior for awhile and eventually went to the senior and I love them both.

I also run the commander as my guages, but if I had to do it all over again I would buy something that was not digital. I went the commander route because I wanted to have the majority of my guages on the A pillar and still be able to keep my grab handle which the commander solver perfectly. Not bashing Quadzilla products here, the commander is just not for me. If you want some more info on my commander experiences, just shoot me a pm.
