Problem with Quadzilla

I have the standard module and have been running it for about 3 months now, worked great until it quit working about 4 days ago and the check engine light came on and set a code of P 0251. The check engine light went off after a few restarts. The LEDS all work on the module so I am not sure if the problem is with the Chip or something going on with the truck? I have contacted quadzilla they have told me to send everything back to them.
Any suggestions? thanks

Thumbs down

I read that a few guys have had issues with the connections....Did you double check all of them and make sure they were connected properly & snugly? Also some have said that they used some sort of grease to assist with the connections. May want to do a search and see what you can come up with.

di electric grease (sp?). If they say send it back, send it back, I sent mine back 3 or 4 times to get a problem fixed and I think one of the codes I got was the 0251. If it can be fixed it will be, great service over there.

I will double check the connections, seems if they were bad though it would be causing other problems. but it is worth another look. thanks

Did the truck do anything ugly when this happened?

0251 typically points to the Fuel Control Actuator (FCA). This is typically not a module induced code but, I am sure anything is possible?

You said the light went off, is everything still running ok?
Are you anywhere near needing a fuel filter?
I would see if you could duplicate it and find out exactly what causes it.

No the truck didn't really seem to do anything but I did notice a lack of power, I changed the fuel filter yesterday and it did not make a difference.
