Hey guys,

I had an edge j/a on my 05 for 3yrs. No issues at all.

Took it off and gave it to friend. He put it on about a year later, first he said nothing responded but then he figured out that he forgot to plug in the harness to that port used for readouts on the attitude monitor.

Now he says everything is reading correctly but no extra power.

Anyone have this problem? This unit worked 100% for me.

Is there a flash dodge may have done to prevent this from working? His truck is also 2005.

 

It should work, the edge catches the signals after the computer puts them out.

My first guess is that he is having fueling issues. What is his fuel pressure?

Second, he does not have something hooked up right.

Last (not trying to be a butt hole) he did turn it up from 0, right?

 

Yes he has everything "is" hooked up right. I had no issues with it.

I am sure his fuel is good enough to notice some difference. Not sure what to suggest to him at this point. Maybe look at it myself

 

Call edge. They have good customer service.

 

You might want to check the build dates,on the 06 there are 2 different models for the E/ATT.
