PML & DPPI Customer Service...

PML & DPPI Customer Service...
...is top notch. I'll try to keep this brief. About a month ago I ordered a front and rear PML diff cover from Mark Craig @ DPPI. The covers arrived at my doorstep within 5 days (Outstanding). Installed both covers, no problems. Drove truck for about 1 week and noticed a BANG up front when I hit bumps or bottomed out. I crawled under truck and saw that the new PML front diff cover was being hit on top near the fill plug by the track bar bracket. By now the new cover had a gash on top and a smaller gash to the right side near the cover "fins". Well I e-mailed Mark, since that is where I purchased it from, and he got back to me in under a day. He notified PML and gave me Brent Lottman as the point of contact. I was a little worried this may turn into a "It's your problem" or "It must only be your truck" kind of deal (hey PML is in CA and you know how those Democrats are
). Well I got in touch with Brent and honestly he was very concerned. It was nice not to be just another sale. He asked me a lot of questions, sent photos to me to look at a newer version of the cover and see if I thought it would still hit, and are currently retooling to fix the problem. Brent sent out prepaid postage to me to send the cover back to PML so they could look at the damaged cover and work on a better product for us. I am in no way affiliated with either of these two companies but I tell you, I would do business with these guys again in a heartbeat. Even if I could, maybe, possibly get a better deal elsewhere, I would still see Brent @ PML and Mark @ DPPI first

I had a hanger on my DPPI stainless exhaust system crack, and Mark took care of it right away, and had a new tailpipe section sent out to me under warranty, no questions asked. I had it in less than a week. In my dealings he's been very helpful and a stand-up guy.
