pic request...

i'm contemplating lift's either leveling kit or 4.5"... or who knows... does anyone have a picture of a LWB QC with a leveling kit running 295/70/17's or 315/70/17's... most of the kits and pic's i have seen here are SWB trucks. also if anyone has a lwb qc with a 4.5 lift and 315's/35's.... i'll be buying tires soon and haven't yet decided which way i want to go.

kawiram,

what leveling kit do you have? How big? do you get much rubbing with the 37's? 37 x 12.5?

Sorry for all the questions just very curious, looking at going up in tire size to reduce rpms on highway.

thanks.

This is the only one I have without a trailer hooked up...

Sorry none of them are direct side shots. I know that's probably what you're after. Hope these help though.

I bought the 2" leveling kit used so I dont know the brand, it's the steel spacer type. Ive only got rubbing on the control arms, but it doesnt bother me. Yes 37X12.50, I think the 13.50"s would rub the fender, as it's a tight fit now when turning. Let me know if ya need anything else.

kawiram,

how do you feel it is on gearing now. I suppose you use first gear now more? I really want to slow the motor down for highway driving but I don't want the truck to be a dog when I hook up a trailer either. I guess my Smarty will fix that...

Also, when you pull into a driveway or anything like that do you get tire to fender contact?

Bump,

Kawiram, or anyone else with the same mods (37's, with just leveling kit).

I have 37s and 3" springs.

On the stock wheels they rubbed the control arms and sway bar, or shock resi. I did a bit of fender trimming to ensure no rub under compression. I had some fender rub.

Now running different wheels. brought on different problems....

many pics on this site of my truck, let me know if you cant find a pic.
