You all can look at my signature and see my mods. Should I be doing something extra aside from oil/ filter changes? I haven't done a valve lash adjustment yet and I planning on changing differential & t case fluid change. Thanks for any advice & merry Christmas!

You can start with the FSM, factory service manual. It has service intervals in it. So does the owners manual.

How many miles on your truck?

77,000. One of my kids must have eaten my owners manual.

If you are not racing it I think valve adjustment every 100,000 is good enough.

Did not see if you had gages. Boost and EGT are very useful.

Should not need anything out of the ordinary at that power level as far as maintenance.

Changing the fluids on the standard schedule is good.

An '05 will have gone 5 yrs on the 5yr coolant, so flush and refill that. But this is all normal stuff not due to your power increase.

I would consider earlier oil change intervals anytime you run more than stock fueling. Again you are not dumping a ton of fuel but more is more. And Im not saying every 3K either. If you used to run synthetic every 10K You may consider 7500 etc.
