Paintable grille, bumper valance??

Paintable grille, bumper valance??
Just bought an '04 ST with the argent, unpainted grille shell and front bumper valance.... just wondering if anyone knows if these parts can be painted to match the rest of the body or not. They are both slightly textured, with the grille shell being a little smoother than the bumper valance.
