Outlook question...
I have my MP-8, fooler, and outlook plugged into the map sensor in that order. My questions is, is my outlook getting a accurate rail pressure reading? (or at least close to accurate)

To get an accurate reading on your out look plug it directly into the sensor and then whatever else.
