Im sick of the gauges i have (don't get the autometer dash pod) so im gonna order the 3-pod a pillar and some of the optix dipricol with chrome bezel. gonna be swweeeeet!!!!. But i dunno where or what kind of a pillar to buy. Is the autometer pod a 2 1/6" cuz it doesn't give the specs anywhere. And is there just a place where i can order it all at once. Looking for a one stop shop with both a pod and gauges

exactly what i was looking for. thanks p.j. Is anybody using the autometer steering column pod. i wanna add in a 4th gauge for rail pressure and i was thinking about putting here. Anybody that has one of these having trouble seeing the instrument panel. says it doesn't block the view but im not so sure.

 

Just curious, what was wrong with the autometer dash pod?

well i dont guess i should bash the pod itself but the way i had mine set up was pretty lame. I had someone else do it so of course im not taking any blame lol. the gauges i had tho were autometer phantoms i think, anyway they were lit by a solid light not led so at night it would shine through the thin plastic of the pod and glare off my windshield. it was horrible. so now i ordered the 3 gauge a pillar and the single steering column pod for my rail pressure.

 

If it isn't too late to cancel your order, you could use flat black paint on the inside of the pod to prevent the lights bleeding through the plastic.
