No problem, It should be preassembled but nothing is tight.
Drain about 1 gallon from radiator drain.
Remove 1/2" pipe plug from rear exhaust side of head (3/8" square dr)
Using teflon tape or pipe dope, install 1/2"npt straight fitting,
Install 90 swivel on npt fitting
Install hose on press lock fitting and install fitting on 90 (dont cut yet)
Tighten 2 bolts going to relief valve to bracket
Install bracket on two top front exhaust manifold studs reinstall 2 15mm nuts
Ensure valve is directed so #2 port is headed to the rear of the engine
Tighten and adjust o ring fittings
Measure hose coming from rear to hose barb going in to port #2, cut to length.
Cut 1.5" out of upper radiator hose near radiator inlet.
Install radiator hose fitting with supplied clamps
Install 90 fitting in clamped fitting with teflon tape.
Route hose from #1 port to 90 hose fitting
Cut to length and install.
Top off radiator, start and check for leaks.
Check cooling system level after driving truck.
Hope this helps If you have any questions call me. Tim

Any particular reason to mount the radiator hose fitting so close to the inlet? It would look alot cleaner if it was mounted kind of in the middle of the upper hose more centered with the valve cover. This would keep it from routing over the top of the fan shroud.I'm getting some SS lines made up today to replace the Parker hose in the kit(thank god for buddies that have access to this stuff cause the price is outrageous thru a vendor).I'm gonna look at all the options on routing and decide.

I have ordered more bypass kits so we will keep the sale going for now.
Homewrecker, I think I talked to you today but you can mount it anywhere in the radiator hose you want. Over by the radiator is only required for the guys running dual cp3s. Tim
