No boost, No smoke, No EGT's??? Quadzilla stacked with BDDL
No boost, No smoke, No EGT's???
Hey all, I have been trying to get to the bottom of this thing and am not coming up with any solutions. Tonight I rigged up a boost leak testing apparattus and tested all the intercooler connections, turbo, intake and exhaust connections....No perceptible leaks.
I peak at 15 psi boost, about 1200 degrees EGT pre-turbo and only make a small amount of smoke if lugged down and I really get into it.
All of this is with my power pup on Extreme setting and with the quadzilla box on 100 HP.
I haven't noticed any stumbling of the motor at full throttle that I would expect if I had a fuel supply problem, but could a bad lift pump or other fueling issue be causing my symptoms??
What is the best way to test for this?
Thanks alot guys

I am pretty sure the module you have is not one of ours. You described it in another thread and I am pretty positive it is not mine.
Have you run the truck stock to see how everything acts? The first thing you need to do is make darn sure your truck is performing properly in sock form. Once that is determined then add performance parts.
If the truck is making 15psi then that is less than exceptable for a stock truck. You could either have a bad boost gauge or have a problem. You should see 20-22 psi stock at least. Until you get there stock I would take all modifications off.
