newbie;wheel simulators ?

got an 03 quad 4x4 and am missing the rear(someone stole them from the dealer I bought it from used) simulators. Dealer tryed to get some but said they couldn`t for some reason and gave me back some cash. why are these not available? it has the 17" wheels

They should be available by the dealer. Maybe they just had to order them. I bought a front one last year for mine.

ARGO: They are the chromed plastic liners on dually wheels to (simulate) the look of chrome rims.
