I got my buddy with my new horns that my girlfriend got me for my birthday. I told him to check out my new exaust and as he went to the back of my truck i gave the horns a good blast! he must have jumped clear out of his shoes! lol. He took it like a man and laughed at himself with us!

 

o thats good, I got one of my buddies last year, told him to go look at the chip in my rim from the pothole while I go get pics of the offending pothole.... he walked over leans down to see look for the "cracked rim" as I reach in and yank the horn valve wide open...........

 

oh i so can't wait to do that. i am going to build my mounting plate this week. i bought the valve from a freightliner dealer ($18) and 60 feet of 1/4 air line and bulkhead fittings and the air tank off of a freightliner ($25) and now just need a good compressor.

too bad you did not have it on video that would be something to see. maybe I will try and do that when i get mine done so we all can have a great laugh.

 

Use 1/2" lines. A friend that installs them said it is much louder with 1/2" My 3 horn setup is just as loud as my buddys 6 horn setup!

 

the way mine are set up i have to use 1/4 unless i do a bunch of changing. i will look at it more closely and probably go with 1/2, that sounds better!!
