Below in my sig is what I have, what do I need to be concerned with on my truck? Please help a guy that upgraded from a 12v to a 24v. Thanks in advance.

 

The lift pump isn't real reliable. It's best to take care of it before it goes cuz it's hard on the rest of the fuel system when it goes out. I put on a GDP Walbro before mine went. The alternator bracket, if it's steel, can crack. Mine is fine so far. Possible driveline and power steering hose vibrations. Mine is fine. AC damper doors break. Mine are broke - GRRR! They really need better fuel filtration. I have the 2 mic. Fleetguard. Some were shipped with the diff low on lube and DC got to warranty a bunch of them. Mine is OK but the brgs are on the loose side - minimal rolling tq. The stock muffler is way choked on the inside. I put on a 4". The stock turbo is undersized and a bigger one will really help the whole power band. I found a used ATS A2K and I love it. Craig
