They keep on going out on me. I kind'av got tired of sending them back to get them updated.

Melissah,

When was the last time you had one updated? Some trucks had a voltage spike which was causing the micro to fry. This has been addressed and since then we have not had anyone with this issue. Do you know John at City Muffler in Oklahoma? He may be able to help and determain if you have the latest upgrade.
