In need of a black stack

So a few weeks ago I picked up an 02 24v Cummins. (yes, this is the 3rd gen forum but my question is about a stack...universal part lol. figured it would get more views here)
It came with a stainless 8" single stack in the back. Previous owner butchered the exhaust up pretty good and since I'm fixing that (along with a couple other issues) I want to downsize a little into a 6" or 7" black stack.

My question is, does anyone here have one and where did you get it?
I work at a Freightliner dealer and we can get grand rock stuff through the shop but they don't offer a black stack.
Should I buy a stack and have it sent out to be powder coated or should I buy something like an MBRP stack that comes already black?

I live in PA so stainless would be the best option for me.

Well, I'm kinda partial to stainless since it will never rust nor corrode so... that being said, maybe make your own out of stainless and then powdercoat it flat black or whatever after you get ALL the connections down and the welding on it finished. Then it's just a simple matter of attaching it to the existing pipe with a clamp (Tri-clover or U-Bolt style) and putting in the mounting hardware to the support clamp.
I'd leave it polished myself... LOL 6" is perfect.

Make one out of bare steel pipe and paint it. True Value has really good hi temp paint. I used it on my DP and the color is staying true very well. Craig
