Their webpage lists $481.00 for a 2007 Dodge. That's Filter, Icebox, and Torque Tube.

Before this intake, I was running a gutted stock tube with silencer ring removed and an Amsoil Ea drop in filter.
Since the mod, I've noticed more intake noise, there is a peculiar "Throatiness" attached to the go pedal now. Also there is a pronounced "Whistle" (Louder than before ) when the turbo lights off (Think: Jet engine) with this setup. I look at it 2 ways; One, I don't mind the noise, I have a turbo, I paid money for it when I bought the truck, I don't mind hearing it. In fact, I've gone to lengths to hear it.
Two, the "Noise" confirms the Icebox, Filter and Torque tube are allowing more air into my motor, which is what I was really after. Later mods will take advantage of this, of course.
Diesels are supposed to do 3 things if nothing else: Smoke, Make Noise, and Smell. Happily, mine now does all 3 now.

Here you go. I've had mine for a while with an Amsoil drop in and a modded box. I really like it all.

Makes it a little harder to get to the oil filter doesn't it?
On my stock '99, I pull the tube from the air filter to the turbo when I change the oil filter, makes it a lot easier to get to.

looks like a nice filter, in the last pic you posted, just where the date of the pic is show, the date shows up on the black plastic air diverter. remove the diverter to allow more flow straight to your icebox....... I did a test this past year witha remot mount temp sensor, inside my bhaf, with and without the plastic deflector, there was about an 8 degree diff in intake temp.
Hey, Gunny.
I replace my oil filter from underneath the truck... easier to get the filter wrench on it for me (4WD). When I had a stock setup, I looked at the oil filter from up on top, and decided I'd be on my back for the oil change...
It does make a mess on the front axle, but I wipe it up, I'm not lazy... and I like nice things...

When I lift the hood, the black plastic diverter is up front on the left, correct? It's just like a plastic shield, right?
So why did the Dodge engineers put this thing here, anyway?
Thanks for the tip!
