My hot unlock disappeared after towing?????

My hot unlock disappeared after towing?????

I went to lake, truck was FLAWLESS. anyways the next day i started truck and the edge juice terms and licensing agreement appeared for the first 5 starts. now its gone. i only have levels 1-5 now but my turbo timer still works. 1 1/2 years ago i sent my juice in to get hot unlock and turbo timer and it worked fine since till now. (by the way i dont even use level 6 but why disappear???)

It appears on the screen but it seems i need a 4 digit password for the hot???/

lol i know i know. i dont want it. but because i sent it in for turbo timer i thought id get hot since it was there already. does it expire after so many uses?

Like step dad said. They should have the sign off waiver that you had to sign in order to purchase. Just give them a call or email them. They have great customer service.

No it does not expire, you just had a glitch in the software and it got wiped off somehow, really its no big deal, just give them a call and they will tell ya how to put it back on. Edge customer service is AWESOME!!!!
