I can't seem to find the info I want on Quad's web site or here doing a search.

First question is, can I use an AFE torque tube or similar with the Monster Intake?

Second questions is, what are the dimensions of the filter used? I would like the ID at the neck and the length.

4.5" ID at the neck
9.5" Long
8" Wide at the Base
4.5" Wide at the top

Torque tube should work fine with it.

FWIW. During my search I did find a post by Quad where he told another guy that the cool blue hose would work fine. In fact, if the TT and the CB will work, I would think anything would work at that point as long as the ID was 4".

 

Actually the other guy was you. Here is the quote and a link to the post. You must have missed it. Sounds like they will work fine though.

The cool blue hoses will work fine with the intake. Basically we just replace the airbox and filter. Everything else bolts up stock.
