like to see someone put their stock bed back on
i reckon they will take the bed off for paint, and then treat & paint the frame, but looks like it would rust real quick in the salt/snow/rain and be mess,
shoulda primed it before driving?

BTW if you got the cash to do this to your truck do you even care about the warranty??

Completely! I have no affiliations with Megacabs, Duallies, or Megacab Duallies!
It does need the dual wheels. The reason is that the bodylines are so straight with SRWs that unless that thing ran obnoxiously large and wide tires to break up the lines, it will look like you were driving a giant rectangle down the road!

So I'm cruising down the road today with DTR member Deavy Huty and I see a Megacab long bed SRW siting on the side of the road!!
so we turned around to snap some phone photo's!!
It was not done yet it was only at this shop for the lift.
The pic in the middle shows how much longer it is then a 05 QC longbed or a stock megacab..
I also grabbed a tape and measured the wheelbase it was-181" compared to a stock mega with a 160" wheelbase
this thing is SOOOOOOOO long in person!!!!!

I always thought the Megacabs wouldn't be so funny looking if they had long beds, but I guess I was wrong. It's STILL funny looking.
I will say that they did some great working fabbing it up though.

There is a company making long bed megas somewhere in Texas I think.
