MBRP Sound & Flow
I have the MBRP single stainless system installed with the cat removed I personnally don't mind it to much but it does sound funny and I have alot of people tell me that. I mainly did the exhaust for the EGT's to be lower I liked the quite factory sound is there any different mufflers out there that arent so loud and hollow?? Or will putting the cat back on help to?? But then the EGT's might get higher?? Please some of you guys out there who have experimented with this stuff help me out I really want to quite it up without losing the flow.

I second the Nelson, 51" it's only a bit louder than stock but there is no mistaking it's different. Also compared to the straight pipe I ran for a year there was no change in EGT's.

What does your annual state vehicle inspection include? If they look for the cat and know that a 04.5 and newer came with one, then they might have a problem with it. Other than that, Take It Off!
