Looking Pics of WIDE tires 13"+ on trucks...

37"x13" toyo MT's. probably the only tire ill ever run. over 30k on them now, no noise whatsoever. will be going to the 38's or 40's on 20's soon. like everyone said tho, get rims with backspacing and youll be happy. these are on stock rims now and they dont stick out at all.
Running 7 inch skyjacker springs out of a 94-02 kit ,bds long arms on the bottom and longer upper links that I made.At first I had superlift links from a six inch kit and it would bump the fender at full lock, but I mounted the bds long arms all the way forward which moved axle about a inch away from the fender. No more rubbing.
true that.
Its not the with of the tires its the with of the rim and backspacing.
90% of the tires that are sold for our heavy trucks are going to be 12-13 inches wide, and 100% of all 35" tall tires for our trucks are 12-13 inches wide.
So since everybody who has 35's already has 12.50" wide you should be asking for pics of wide rims or not alot of back space so they stick out prety far.
I have 35X12.50-18 Toyo MT's and yeah they are a wide tire but the wheels I bought make them tuck in the fender as much as possable.
See how mine tuck in even though its wide 12.50" tire. You can run the same tires and even same with if you want but make them stick out alot further just by finding a rim with different backspacing.
Let me know if you want to talk tires? I love my Toyo MT's

They rock
I love them, the dont hardly have any road noise, and they balanced very well. i cant tell if it is the tires and the tread or something else, but i have a vibration from about 1-5mph. after that, they are smooth up to 80+....Havent gone any faster than that. I have about 7000 miles on them and just past the "new" wear bar in the front and slightly more in the back

Winter Trip
First let me say that this is a awsome post. Some great looking trucks. I did notice alot of pictures of trucks in snow. I am from south Texas and we have only had snow once. I will be driving up to Minnesota on 12/22 and coming back 1/2/07. I have 35' MT's as was wondering if I will be okay driving up their in the winter? I have driven a little car in snow and did just fine. Thanks
Luken,
Thanks, I hve been a little worried about the drive. I usually drive in the summer than fly in the winter. Flying is now becoming more expesive and more of a pain in my neck. So I am just going to drive.
