Lets Talk Filtration ?
I think i'm going to build a system like AH64s with the Baldwin filters and Cat filter with a Raptor 100 pump. I know the 100 is good for 550HP which is more than enough. My question is what size line should i be thinking about 3/8 or 1/2 all the way to the CP3 ? I see the GDP Big line kit is 3/8 i think.
The difference between 3/8 and 1/2 will be your power goals, but really unless you're going to be on the virge of 550 3/8 should be plenty, and you can use doorman fittings on your OE fuel canister (assuming you still have the engine mounted pump). 3/8" should flow all the fuel needed below 550hp.
If I ever change my LP it will be plumbed between the BF1212 and OE bowl.
I did the lazy man's set up:

Parts List:
2 x Baldwin BF1311 filter heads
2 x -10 O-ring ti -6 JIC
2 x JIC to barbed fittings -6
1 x -10 O-Ring union
1R750 2 micron filter
175-2949 Cat W/S, not the best W/S but I have a baldwin PF7977 in the canister to help with that.

Ditto!!!
Especially now that they offer the kit to use the stock fuel canister for your pickup. I bought one 2 years ago and my mileage went up 1.5 mpg immediately. You can't go wrong with this upgrade.
Are you planning to install yourself or get it done?

Mine didn't change, didn't give me any more power either, gave me more pressure which is why I put it in to begin with though.
I am running an Airdog 100 going through the factory canister. The factory filter is my last chance filter. My system goes like this.
FS1000 ---> AirDog 100 -----> 5 Micron Baldwin filter in factory canister
As you know the Airdog has a wire screen water seperator before the pump and then the 2 Micron filter. I haven't had the time to install my FS1000 yet but it will go on the suction side of the Airdog 100 and will flow 95gph. This should not cause any issues with the pump. I did call Airdog and they said it was O.K. to do so. If I get worried about it I can install a vaccum gauge on my filter head but I will change the filter probably before time anyway so I didn't buy one. I wish the Airdog had a better water seperator, oh well.

Does anyone know the banjo size for the stock fuel filter cannister ? I think it is 12mm but not sure. Also can someone confirm the Baldwin base fitting size. I think it is 7/8-14 to 8 AN adapter ? Where do you find them ? I found the other fittings locally but am trying to get all the right sizes and get everything in one shot. Anyone know where i can find 12mm banjo gaskets ?

Can i run 1/2 line with the Raptor 100 ? How about running a Raptor 150 with 1/2 line on a stock to 500HP truck ? I know 3/8 is enough but i want to build this system to grow and 1/2 as well as the Raptor 150 won't cost that much more. Thanks
I have a FASS 150, has 144 mic water sep, and you can get a range of filters from 16 to 3 mic on the 2nd filter and you can get filters from FASS or fleet guard, 1/2 line from the tank to 150 and the 150 to before the stock can where we tied into the stock line. stock can has a 7mic wix filter from Rock auto, stock system from can to the CP3 then a duel feed to the rail. HP some where near 375 - 400, no issues to date appox 40k on this system. I am really happy with the FASS system it works very well. quality of the kit & parts was really good. Made my own mount bracket cuz I'm a fussy engineer. Brad owner of FASS in a hell of a good guy, the pump did every thing he said it would.

I had a long chat with Pure Flow specifically Anthony who is really in the know with regards to the AD and AD filtration. He was pretty helpful and was easy to contact. I know AD is working on both 2-3 micron fuel and a better water sep. I know they found a better Fleetguard w/s for the current setup as well (not 100% confirmed to fit yet). I think it is very close to being completed as far as the 2-3 mic abs filter and W/S. I sure like the idea of the AD 2 165. I might scrap the build it idea and just run the AD through the stock filter housing until they have their 2-3 mic filter. I like the looks of their product and they seem to have great customer support thus far.
