ladder bars
You will need two three point tractor heims you pick the size. And four 3/4" or 7/8" (depending on the size you picked) gr8 bolts, nuts, washers and lock washers. Then go to your local metal supply and buy atleast 16' of Dom seamless 2 3/8" x .25wall tubing and about 5' of 1 7/8" Dom tubing for sleaving and reducing. Last buy 5-6' of 8"x1/4 or 8"x 3/16" flat iron to make your mounting brackets out of. (I think that's special order tho)
I have made many from tsc and they're real easy to fabricate but one thing I have to do when I buy metal is have to buy it by the stick. Might not be able to buy the metal just for one set if you know what I mean.
Takes about $250 a set for materials.
Note that these are not ladders, just adjustable trac bars.
If you want better quality and precision heims buy them online with weld in bungs.
