I just installed a juice w/attitude and when I started it the check engine light was on and it is running really crappy like it is only firing on 3 or 4 cylinders. When I disconnect all of the juice connectors it runs fine again.
I just found out how to read codes and P2149 is what came up. Any ideas on how to fix this?

 

I had the simalar problem with two edges in a row . Problems with edge. P2149 is a injector short fault. I going to try a bully dog tri dog tomarrow. We will see. I herd from a couple other ctd 05 drivers with same problem they went with the bully dog and love it.

 

That is normally a bad wiring harness, injector connectors in wrong order or the Group Two Injector connector was just not making good connection. You might just try installing it again, make sure you have the Injector connectors in proper order. See if it does the same thing. If everything is correct and still throwing code then it is time to call Edge.

 

Just got my Juice back from Edge. 2.0 Version. They have apparently gotten rid of the problem with those codes. Installed it yesterday and been shredden tires ever since. It's my first performance box so I'm pretty stoked.

 

Hooked mine up for a couple of weeks and it was throwing both 2146 and 2149 codes. Called Edge and they made me send it back. I think they had some problems. Mine should be back in the next day or two and hopefully I will have some good results. So far I have not been impressed with any power increase from the box. I am hopeing it was dinked from the beginning and never really worked as it was suppose to.

 

I just installed a replacement box from Edge and everything appears to be working. Thanks for the replys.

 

Same here. Mine wasn't right from the very beginning. Just installed the replacement and WOW is all I can say. Now thats what I paid for.
