Joints for traction bars
The set of traction bars I'm making has Johnny Joints on one end and then Dodge rubber bushings (same that hole the front axle in place) on the other end.
I just used a piece of .25 wall, 2.5" ID DOM as a sleeve for the rubber bushings.
Tubing is 2" square .25 wall tube.
Tractor joints are fine for a tractor and maybe a quick/cheap built setup, but I figured if I was going to make something, I may as well spend the $$ and buy some quality parts.
I have a little over $200 in the whole setup, so not too bad. Once I get everything welded up, I'll put some pictures on here.
