I picked up a used silverline muffler from a friend to try out instead of the muffler delete. It is there round muffler and 30" long overall. Initial test drive was only about 2 miles and I was very pleased with the sound overall.

Outside the cab/at idle and with high idle enabled to 1100 rpm:

Sound level around the 4 doors was about the same, just a touch softer than before. Walking back towards the rear of the vehicle is when I noticed the difference. It does not sound like stock outside the truck. For sure it is softer than the muffler delete, but not enough to take away from the sound of the truck.

Inside the cab idle/wot/around town:

This is where you really notice the difference. The drone that the truck had before even without a load is completely gone. Wot runs, along with quickly accelerating will no longs leave people in the back seat trying to talk over the exhaust. The best way to describe the inside is all together different. For me, I really noticed the sound of the turbo more than before. I have not driven the truck around town enough to comment on that part yet, so I will update tomorrow.
