immediate long crank with TST
before you ask I just got the unit back from TST with the latest and greatest updates. Still the moment it goes on my truck I get a long crank. At times I wonder if its gonna start. The man the mith the legend Tim Barber has even stated how quick my truck has always started. I mean you turn the key and its running, but not so the moment I put my TST on.
I really enjoy the added shift on the fly capabilities of the TST. It has more than proven itself on the dyno when stacked with Mr. Smarty but man I hate when my truck has to crank for ever. I would hate to remove it and use it only for the dyno, but its an issue. Anyone else have this issue, or have any tips?
I have an idea maybe the new software just covers some of the issues I have had and just doesnt throw engine codes, but the gremlins are still there. (not bashing in any way its a great product, just thinking outloud.)

Are you waiting for the tst to do its count down before you start it? On mine it counts to 10 and then reads 31. If I try to start it before it says 31 it has a long start and runs rough and sometimes cuts off. The other thing you could try is to use the bypass harness they give you with the tst to isolate the problem to the harness or tst module.
