I must have the Quadzilla CURSE!

So it started with once I got the X2 and there was all the boost problems which was finally solved with new SW (That took forever). Then I have a boost issue about the same time which I believe I finally figured out is my Autometer gauge that went bad. I install a normal air tank type gauge and I'm back to ~35-40 psi with the X2 XZT. Great, so I go ahead and purchase the Quadzilla RECON gauge since I need a new one anyway from Larry here at DTR store (great deal!).
Now I power it up and the select and up arrow keys don't work. Can't get it to set the ID of the truck. It's stuck at ID00.

Quadzilla has yet to put the MM "city" code up for us 325 XZT owners and desiel is $3.99/gal

I hate it when you get something home and it doesn't work!! Now I have to wait until Monday to call Quad and wait a week to send it in for evaluation and repair probably.
Anyone know a hard reset key sequence that owns the Quad RECON gauge I can try?
On the RECON, are you holding the far right button down until it flashes?
The Recon's are supposed to be tested for functionality and they test the buttons (which I have never had issues with on the Recon??).
Just unplug the power and plug it back in, or for that matter just turn the truck off.
If that does not work PM and I will tell you something else to try.

Yes, I'm holding down the button for a long time. More than the 3 seconds the manual states and it never goes to flashing or anything. Just displays ID00.
Also when I got the package it didn't have any of the electrical connectors either. Justin is mailing me some.
PM SENT.
