maybe I will try 4" turbo to cat and stock resonator then turn it to 5" 90*elbow and then 7" stack!! I could do that for $150-$200 bucks......

I'm new, what is DRONE?

I'm running straight pipe turbo to bumper and love it! Sounds like the Dozers on my jobsite, but my buddy just bought an 07' 6.7l. Can he take the resonators off and put the sensors back in the pipe so the computer still gets a reading? Has anyone done this yet?

I need pics. I was thinking of doing this, but am worried with the off set of the muffler that the tail pipe will end up to high or to low.

You will have some adjustment on the tailpipe. I swung mine up close to the bed cause I wanted it as high as possible. I used band clamps, but I used new bolts with lock washers. Has not loosened up yet. I also used the stock clamps and fabbed up hangers. I think this will help take stress off the clamps.

I just had mine done at a muffler shop. They put bends in the pipe to make it look clean and then put a 5" chrome tip on it. It is loud! I like it but it almost has a bit of a import tuner sound to it. It is 4" from the kitty on back. It is only loud when i'm on the throttle and then it gets quite when i'm just cruising. If i hammer on it I can have everyone on the street turning to look. Cutting the muffler out along with the ****** Whistler has this thing sounding nice. The guy at the muffler shop said he had people complain about losing bottom end power with the straight pipe. Has anyone noticed a drop in the bottom? He did say that that was on ford and chevys and i told him that that was the first problem. He also said that the '07 needed to be smogged but i haven't heard anything about that. Anyone hear the same?

I will snap some pics when I do the sound clip.....I think the key to the deepness is that resonator that only the megas have

It is kinda tricky getting the muffler where you want it but a straight piece looks just fine IMO.
