Barley Pop drinking, rye water sipping, good music listening, darn good excuse to blow off a whole weekend in a lawnchair and a sleeping bag!

We grabbed 26 off of 89 in Alpine, WY and followed it along the Snake river through the Caribou Mts. Had to pick up a few parts for the little off road camper we were dragging along. Then we back tracked 26 to 31to22 back to Jackson Hole on our way to Yellowstone.

You ain't kidding about Ohio. Can't say too much about a state that won't even let you use a rifle for deer hunting! At least I live in farm country and not in the dern city!

Diesel - Dude, where you at in Ohio? We have very similar trucks - Long bed, mineral grey, 4x4 - surprised I haven't seen you. I am on the North end of Columbus, not far from Polaris.... I frequently travel between there and the Wooster area....

You're not too far at all - I drive through there (71 N through Mansfield) on the weekends a lot. Got family up north of there - West Salem. Nice to see someone else from the area on here.

Yea, I go right by your place about once a month. Wifey's got a doctor down off of Bethel Rd. in Columbus.

Yea, we've been "out west" 4 out of the last 5 years. Last time around we cut straight through the heart of Colorado on rts 24 & 50, taking Montrose county rd 90 into Utah. Stayed in Moab for a few days, then worked our way up 191. Always hard to point 'er back east.

I've been looking online for industrial or agricultural jobs out in that area, but it's difficult when you're nearly 2000 miles away. If I can eventually find something that at least pays what I make here, we're gone.

...oh, and his stock tranny is definitely legendary around these parts!

Well the tranny is obviously stock (who would lie about that...lol), he has pics of the twins installed, and had put down 570+hp on the dyno so the Smarty must be on #9.

I never said anything was recommended. Please show me one place I used the word "recommended" in this thread.

If you notice, most of the people posting do have built trans as we know the stock units are junk....i personally wouldnt ever use one again....no one here recommended a stock trans with any mods, much less with the mods shane has....

FYI, if you expect to gain any value from this board, messing with long term members isnt the best approach....
